High sensitive photodiode arrays for sensor, light barrier and light curtain application. Extremely small footprint with a die thickness of only 50 microns - the ideal choice for miniaturized sensor systems! Our Photodiodes are scalable and can be shaped exactly to your needs. Any reactangular shape from 1x1mm up to 15x15mm is possible. The grid consists of 1x1mm cells of diodes and can be operated as one large diode or as a Matrix/Array of independent diodes.
