Our epc13x series are fully inegrated photodiode amplifiers with DC light suppression. They have an extremely small footprint for application in miniature and space critical optical sensor systems. With our epc13x you don't have to worry about designing amplifier stages. The epc13x includes it all on one chip and reduces component count in your system signifcantly. Ideally combined with our epc3xx family.
For a even higher amount of functional integration, use our epc 11x/12x light barrier devices.
